Due to the nature of the lot as an infill property we had to appeal our design to the City. Our design exceeded four bylaws (height, front and back setbacks, and site coverage) which needed to be approved by the City before we could continue with our plans.
Thankfully the City approved our proposal and we are now on to the next step.
