STEP 8: ENGINEER SEALED DRAWINGS

The City required us to get a professional engineer to stamp the following:
  • foundation and footings
  • metal low-slope roof
  • spray-foamed ceiling
  • green roof
  • brick exterior
  • glulam beams and columns
The drawings are back with the City and we hope to have our Permit very soon.
